"Gyrase" is the best sounding enzyme ever. Guess what it does. No, really. Think about it. It does -exactly- like it sounds like. This is why I love biologists.

Also, bacteria that synthesize magnetite+microscope+bar magnet= hours of endless fun (and dizzy bacteria. Not literally, of course, because they don't have inner ears.)
