I need to learn the cool-sounding word for "all-speaking." Omnivocent?

When I am tired I do not appreciate loud noises. Or noises at all, really, that were not previously chosen and sanctioned by me. Hence the headphones when I sleep.

Well, last night, I took them off right when I was almost asleep. A few minutes pass, and I hear someone walking by my window and talking rather loudly. It's one of my coworkers.

Before I know what I am doing I have sat up and yelled "Tom, SHUT UP!"

Now, acoustics on my street are such that when I yell out my window, no one knows where it is coming from. I have tested this on multiple occasions. So there is a pause as he attempts to figure out where the voice is coming from.

"...I love you?"

I don't say anything else. He didn't know who was yelling at him, otherwise his response would have included my name, and I didn't want him placing my voice.

A few seconds later, he slinks off quietly.
