I know have what I need to start learning very basic ASL. Gah, I love starting a new language.
Went to Borders, got distracted in the music section. Bought four books, 2 CDs and the 4disc ASL CD-ROM.
MMMMM, consumer whore.

Hehehe...my new victimfavorite customer came in again today. We actually had a very basic conversation. He oh-so-kindly pointed out that I had forgotten to remove the lock on the movie I gave him yesterday. I implied that I was very sorry and told him he would get a free movie. He nodded happily, then proceeded to tell me he was glad the Cards were winning because he was a big fan. I nodded in agreement and waved goodbye, and he walked out the door and bounced around in the parking lot for a little while.
All without a word. I danced.

...and Greyhound seems to want to give me a massively long layover in Chicago, so that's a NO...Amtrak is sold out on the trip from St. Louis to Chicago (which goes on to madison)...Flying isn't gonna be anything under $200...
