Serendipity
I have an exam and two labs tomorrow and have to work until midnight. So of course, dispatcher goes home with a migraine and leaves me the last four hours of my shift to sit at a desk and study. I'm sad that she has to deal with a migraine, but happy it worked out the way it did.
Now if only my nose would stop bleeding. I've already changed the bathroom trash and disenfected the bathroom once. - -;

Also--hope the nose is better. I'm at work right now: they got me my own log-in name and e-mail account so I can e-mail people in the office about packages and schedule appointments in the conference rooms, etc. I hope that's a sign that they'd like to keep me on for a little while longer. I like this job a lot. The pay is fine ($8.25) and the hours are great and it's very low-key. I have a lot of down-time between answering phones etc to read or use the computer. I'm just rambling now because I have 15 mins till lunch. If I'm going to be staying at this job after today (they still haven't told me if I'm coming back next week) I'll have to buy more food I can pack for lunches and also get a few nice (but cheap) button-up solid shirts to wear to work. The dress code is pretty relaxed but I feel like since I'm at the front desk I can't look sloppy--plus I hardly have any solid colored shirts or pants that aren't frayed at the bottom. Okay enough irrelevant rambling. I'ma go, luff!
Now we just need to get you AIM so you can do that to me that way. ^^
