Dude: "Hi, Jen, I need to be let into my room."
Me: "Okay, if you call back at, oh, 5:30, we can let you in then."
Dude: "I called at three this afternoon."
Me: "Well, unfortunately you missed admit hours, and my staff are all out doing other things."
Dude: "But this is an emergency!"
