Laughter should not hurt.
The doctor lied. I definitely do not feel better, and I have been on the meds for three days now, dose-wise. If anything, I feel slightly worse.

Definitely call on Monday, both about the test results and about the fact that you're not feeling better at all. They may have some other suggestions, but at the very least they should be aware of what's going on. In the meantime, comfort movies and lots of resting.
