Frankenpod?

When I woke up this morning the first thing I got to deal with was my new iPod attempting to kill Squeaker. For a while, it looked like it had done a pretty thorough job. I had to kill the power and try three times before it rebooted successfully. When it finally did, it took over ten minutes to start up, and then would not recognize the battery. Another restart fixed that, thankfully, and now Squeaker is working just fine again.

Unfortunately, the iPod was not. It kept telling me it was full even though there were at least 7 gigs free, and it simply REFUSED to restore. I had to disk check it (was SO worried about another hard drive failure), re-sync it to an empty library, format it, restore it, and then copy everything back over.

And that was before breakfast. This day has been long.
