The Beginnings.

Just a couple of instances to illustrate how my day began so you all can be prepared to deal with me come afternoon.

me: "I'm gonna go take a bath."
Fam: "Okay."
*an hour later*
Fam: "You didn't take a shower, did you?"
me: "NO."

This wouldn't be so bad if she hadn't been asking me this every time I appear with a wet head for the last week and a half DESPITE the fact that there is a HUGE sign on the shower door: "No showers until further notice!"

me: *sitting in breakfast room, listening to music and finishing packing."
Fam: *walks in, sits down, turns on tv*
me: *inspects iPod*
Fam: "WREN."
me: "What?"
Fam: *vicious finger stab at the TV* "I am TRYING to listen to the news."
me: "Okay." *turns back to iPod*
Fam: "No, music. Turn it off." *glare*
me: *pissily mutes music* "How about you ask me nicely since I was in here minding my own business BEFORE you sat your ass down on the couch and turned on CNN?"

Before the offending song was even over she had already wandered off. There are five TVs in the house and one me. And yet I get in the way. *rolls eyes*

I'm ready to leave this damn house, and I'm sure all you poor bastards are sick of hearing me whine about them.

I'm also suffering from pre-airport stress. Flying doesn't stress me out. Getting to my gate, however, stresses me out to no end. If it weren't for my bad luck with security I'd be golden the whole day. But right now my stomach is really sick and I only want water.

Oh, and evidently when I ask Fam to take me to the airport two hours in advance I OBVIOUSLY mean an hour and a half in advance. I hate you. I should give you my blog addy so you know what I think of you. Traveling to the airport in Tacoma is so much better because I don't have to deal with YOU.

Well, I don't know if the hotel has wireless internet. If yes, I'll be blogging every night, but I probably won't be on to talk much. If not, I'll be blogging anyway and posting backdated entries once I have a way to get back on the web.
