Ahhh, I didn't get called into work today. I love you, Mini-MOD. In that platonic, thanks-for-not-making-me-get-dressed way. I hate getting dressed. Just like I hate shoes. I hate dresses, too. Speaking of-- Rose talked me into going to prom. I have five days to find a dress and shoes (hate squared). There will be hell to pay. Wren+voluminous gown does not bode well for the world. I have not worn a dress since I went to prom sophomore year.
...SUBJECT CHANGE!
So, who all wants to come sailing with me? I'm making my list. (People currently not in St Louis do not count. Sorry.)
Anyone feel like riding jet skis at my graduation party? (See above parenthesis.)
o.O ...Puni Puni Poemy. Almost funnier then Dragon Half.
::EDIT BEFORE HW::
Oh! Before I forget...Biker and I got through the Mechanical Age, Stoneship Age, Spaceship Age, and are in Channelwood in Myst. It is amazing what the power of teamwork can do in a few short hours, ne?
...I must play it again on my own, tho. ^_^ Just so's I can say I beat it. Though the "we" approach was a LOT of fun.
::EDIT AFTER HW::
Well, I got the fonts to use my IME. Now I just need to figure out how to make Blogger support hiragana short of putting every damn thing I want to say up here as an image. I'd do it...but there HAS to be an easier way.
::THIRD EDIT::
みな みって ください!
にほん語 です! これは いい です!
<3恋。
("Everyone please look!"
It's Japanese! This is good!"
<3 Wren. [Ren])
BWAHAHAHA!!! I am the encoding GOD. Sorry for those of you who now have to install Japanese language packs. But you need them, anyway. Be worldly, you bastards. Oh, and as you can see, I know all of two kanji, so if any Japanese person stumbles across my blog they will laugh at my errors and etc. But, I'm only first year. So I don't mind. Plus, I'd never be able to read what they were saying. ^_^
By the way, "恋" is the character for my name. Yes, I know I'm supposed to put it in カタカナ since it's foreign. If I were to go by my full name I would put it into katakana. But Wren=ren perfectly in pronunciation, so I chose a character instead. It was my sensei's idea. (Now I want to make sure that using this when I go abroad won't offend anyone, since I'm gaijin). The character means "beloved" (comprised of parts meaning "pink" and "heart"). I also could have chosen "鎌" (among others), which meant "to temper or harden". Despite my odd desire to go with the second, I chose the first because it looked prettier and, more importantly, had fewer strokes.
