I'm sure Joe's also super psyched to send his kids to an underfunded school where they'll be taught by uncertified ex-military personnel. But then again, maybe Joe will send his kids to private school, because IF YOUR COMPANY MAKES OVER $250,000 A YEAR, YOU ARE NOT POOR!!! And you can for damned sure afford to provide your poor employees with some decent health care!
