Duct tape. Or some sweet young thing to kiss you every time you're about to say something bad?
Getting your vocal cords surgically altered so they're no longer effective?
Or just getting a stoma. Pretty sure vocal cords don't automatically work with one of those... this lady I knew had to cover hers to talk.
