Emotions? In my body? (It's more likely than you think.)

I am turning into a sappy adult woman, apparently. In the past three days two books and one movie have left me sobbing like a little girl. All of them I had read or seen before, so the material was nothing new. It's not like me! (Granted, I have gotten 10 hours of sleep total in the past 72 hours, which might account for it somewhat, but holy crap.)

It gave me a flashback to the night everyone in Comic House left for Winter Break. I spent the whole day getting my ratties ready to leave, and when Maddo got ready to go, I started crying because I didn't want to leave for a month and go back to this damn city. Trevor looked at me and started laughing. "I'm so used to you being emotionless! This is weird!"

I'm not sure "emotionless" really describes me. Sarcasm is an emotion, right?

aww, wren, you aren't an emotionless robot. I still manage to find new and creative ways to make you angry at me!

It's very true. But it's an anger laced with sarcasm.

I'm sure Trevor just thinks of you in the same way you think of him, so that it's shocking to see any sort of crying or saying "Luff!". And I think the lack of sleep would definitely account for some of it. Don't feel bad--last night I was getting really emotional over "Pleasantville."

Wren, sleep more. Seeing me requires that you be in tip-top condition. And, no, you cannot only be sarcastic when you visit. :) What books and movie started this? I'm curious.

Maddo, I must ashamedly admit that I, too have gotten emotional over "Pleasantville." Go figure.

Wren, you know what movie made me cry TODAY, actually?! "Dances with Wolves"! Lol, I think I watched that for the first time at your house! Tatonka!!! (sp??)
